Engagement PRocess

At Tribal Development Partners, we believe in building strong, transparent relationships from day one. Here’s what you can expect when you partner with us:

1. Introductory Meeting
- We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and vision. This is a chance to get to know each other and explore alignment.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- To protect your confidentiality and establish trust, we’ll put an NDA in place before sharing sensitive information.

3. Document Sharing
- Your team (TTO) shares the relevant background materials, such as facility assessments, program needs, or past planning efforts—whatever helps us understand your context.

4. Customized Service Proposal
- Based on your needs, we’ll craft a tailored proposal outlining the services, approach, and timeline we recommend to move forward.

5. Agreement & Kickoff
- Once the Professional Services Agreement is signed, we get to work—bringing deep expertise and hands-on support to help you achieve lasting impact.
